  • Customized gift orders require advance payment before production begins, as outlined in our Payment Methods page.
  • Order details (names, photos, text, etc. for customization) must be provided accurately by the customer at the time of order; GiftCompany.pk is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery We strive to ensure fast and secure delivery across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and order customization requirements.

5. Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payments for customized orders, as detailed in our Payment Methods page.

6. Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.

7. Corporate/Bulk Orders For business-to-business gifting, corporate hampers, and bulk packaging orders, please reach out to business@giftcompany.pk. Separate terms may apply for corporate agreements.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, designs, and product images, is the property of GiftCompany.pk and may not be used without permission.
