1. Courier Partners We ship all orders through trusted courier partners, including TCS and PostEx.
2. Delivery Timelines (Retail Customers)
- Lahore: Delivered within 1 day via PostEx.
- Other Cities: Delivery within 3–4 business days.
3. Order Handling & Packing (Corporate/Business Orders) For business and corporate orders, please refer to our Corporate Gifts page for details. Order handling and packing for corporate orders is completed within 24 hours.
4. Fast Delivery in Lahore For customers within Lahore who need faster delivery, we also offer rush delivery through InDrive and Bykea.
5. Store Pickup Customers based in Lahore have the option to pick up their orders directly from our store instead of home delivery. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
6. Delivery Charges Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
