What kind of gifts can I customize at GiftCompany.pk? We offer a range of customized and personalized gifts for both men and women, including custom gift boxes, printed and labeled items, and corporate gift hampers. How long do customized gifts take to prepare and deliver? Customized orders are prepared with care to match your requirements, and delivery timelines depend on your city — orders within Lahore are typically delivered within 1 day via PostEx, while other cities usually take 3–4 business days. Corporate orders are handled and packed within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay in advance for customized gifts? Yes. Since customized items are made specifically for you, an advance payment is required before production begins. The remaining balance (if any) can be paid via Cash on Delivery when your order arrives.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. For customized orders, an advance payment is required in addition to COD for the remaining balance, where applicable.
Are customized items refundable? Because customized and personalized gifts are made specifically to your requirements, they are generally not eligible for return or refund — unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible, non-customized products. See our Return and Refund Policy page for full terms.
Which courier services do you use? We ship through trusted courier partners including TCS and PostEx. For faster delivery within Lahore, we also use InDrive and Bykea.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered? Yes, customers in Lahore can opt for store pickup instead of home delivery. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
